A little depressed and needing help

Thanks everyone! I am having a better day today after I worked out I feel better.

I am not sure why I was switched from bc pills to the shot other then the fact that I know any form of hormonal bc can be less sucessfull with drastic weighloss... I was on the pill for about 8 years with no problems so I am not sure why I was switched. I am supposed to go back in May, I will talk to my GYN then to see the real reason why I was switched and to see if I could be switched back to the pills instead.
