Spring Break
Hi Friends
Excited!! visited friends this past week and lost weight! This has never happened before. Actually lost 4 lbs while vacationing I feel so blessed everyone before I came to visit checked to see what I could eat and cooked accordingly. My best friend made Turkey Meatloaf delicious.
Even walked on the beach and played in the snow before I would have sat in a chair while watching others playing
Today I have 100 lbs left to lose 80 days since surgery it works but you have to stay true to your sleeve.
