well just hit my 4 weeks post op. Surgery weigh in lost 15 pounds since surgery, but my weight hasn't changed since week three. I am following the program 80 to 90 grams of protein and keep carbs around 25-35. So hum!!! just can't figure it out. Almost 2 weeks with no weight loss. So hopefully this month I will drop a few. And yes I exercise 4-5 times a week for 2 hours weight and cardio. Don't tell me about the inches and the muscle gaining I no about that all too well. Time will tell I guess.

It's a pain in the ass but it happens to most of us.  Best advice...keep drinking and moving.  The scale will move again.
I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!

You've hit the dreaded 3 week stall. Your body is taking this time to take a breather and store up its reserves that it just used up the last few weeks. The scale will start moving again soon. My stall lasted about 3 weeks.

I guess we all go through the same thing.  I went almost a month without losing anything, but I didn't gain either.  I just cut back on the carbs again and kinda went back to what I was eating when I first had my surgery, then all of a sudden I dropped 3 pounds in one week.  I really didn't get discourage to much because I have read so many forums that had the same problem.  I didn't really worry about it.
You lost a lot of weight in 4 weeks, your body has to catch up with it self.  Hope this answers your question.  You are doing great!!  Keep up the good work!!

Ditto to what everyone already said! I hit two weeks and the scale didn't move again until six weeks! I'm at eight weeks now and the scale hasn't moved in a couple days... Urrrrgh! I didn't bother to weigh myself today. ...and I AM losing inches, all my clothes are falling off! AWESOME!

You'll see the scale move again. Just hang in there and keep following your plan!

my 3 week stall lasted about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks also.  measure yourself.  you may see inches lost.
Also your body went through a huge change.  Hang in there and focus on sip sip sip, rest, walk, protein, water.  This is your job right now.  hang in there, I promise if you hang and do what you need to do, you will break this.

Right there with you "date sister"! I am trying not to get discouraged or scared that I did all this for nothing or that I stretched my stomach to big already. You are doing awesome on your protein way better than me and truth be told on your excercise also, Don't give up I am talking to myself too. Big 40 birthday next weekend and I wanted to be under 300lbs. for it still have a week as you said time will tell. Keep me posted!

Hang in there, I'm on day 2 of my stall. I've read everyone's posts about it so I expected it, but it still doesn't make me happy either!

Thanks everyone for your support. I am sticking with this plan to the end. I get 55g protein in drinks the rest in food. Trying to get to 100 grams without increasing the carbs. On my way to the gym in a few. Well got on the scale this morning and down 2lbs (go figure) maybe I will post more about my stalls and my body will listen lo!!!. Good luck to everyone.
