Weight loss slowing before surgery

So I went to my psychiatric evaluation last week.  The  psychiatrist felt I am ready for surgery and submitted her report to my surgeon.  The surgeon sent me an email congratulating me on my weight loss as I was 4 lbs away from expected surgery weight.  He advised someone will be calling to schedule my surgery within 2-3 weeks and to make sure I maintain goal weight.  Well guess what I am only down 10 ounces since last week and that includes the fact I stepped up my workout.  I am so scared that they will call me for a surgery date and I will be stuck.  I feel very discouraged right now.
