Feeling great today- new awesome NSV
I had a great NSV today-
My wife and I are both black belts in aikido and I have been very limited for the past seven years.
Today my wife and I were messing around with holds- nothing strenuous mind you. When I suddenly could feel a strength in my legs! With the fifty plus pounds I have lost being gone I was able to drop into a deep squat turn and stand back up pain free and in the blink of an eye!
It was like I was 25 five again! My wife winked at me and with a very sly grin.
No pain today, no foamies, no gas, no water retention, drinking mostly normal and I feel great. I mean it had been in 2002 when I last did that technique (Shihonage omote -- shikkyo)
