vitamins

does anyone know of  chewable biotin? if we are not supposed to take pills then how can you get biotin in? i was wondering about omega 3 also

I was able to swallow pills a few days after surgery.  I was taking a prilosec then and it was fine.  A few weeks later I was swallowing the Citrical Petites, even though they aren't really that petite!  Each doctor has different plans, so follow yours, but the Biotin aren't that big so it really shouldn't be a problem.  Also, I guess it depends on how far out from surgery you are.
