Your sleeve did not like it.  Give it a few months and try it again if you like.

Learning to eat again is a process.  Our new tummies are pretty sensitive and new foods can make it upset.  Fish should be perfectly fine for your sleeve at this point, but it can still make you nauseated.  I'd just try something else for your next meal and try the fish another day.

Good luck!

It was probably too dry. I would suggest that you stick to tuna or smother that patty with something to moisten it next time.  It's all about learning your new tummy and sometimes lessons hurt.  Those first lessons are a doozy!

Salmon patties were too dry for me in the early stages... I soaked 'em in lemon juice! Really helped! But you gotta like a lot of lemon... Lol!

You may have just eaten too much and too quick.  I only took a few bites at a time for the first few months.  It's better to go slow.  You can probably only eat an ounce are an ounce and a half at a time at this point.  Nausea is very common at this stage if you go too fast.
