I dont know how to put pics in here, but please look at my photos on my profile. i made a before and after album. i'm down 70 lbs since january, and my goal is to lose 50 lbs more..... looking at my old pics is hard to see how big i was, makes me sad that i let myself go.... but now i workout 4-5 days a week and i LOVE it! and i eat to live now instead of living to eat. the sleeve is the best thing that has ever happened to me...... thanks everyone! muah! xoxo -Liz-
