This was my yummy main dish. I have to say it turned out WONDERFUL. I doubled the recipe, which I tend to always since there are 6 of us eating lol. I also used venison burger, I don't usually use ground beef plus venison is way leaner. I also substituted Greek Yogurt for the sour cream. For a 4oz serving it was 191 calories 6g carbs and 17g protein.

This was our desert. I accidentally used only 4 tbs of butter instead of 5 oz. And I used soy flour instead of Almond flour since our small grocery doesn't carry it. Again I sub'd Greek Yogurt for the sour cream. 1 serving is 111 calories 8g carbs and 10g protein.

I love that site. Primarily use the seafood recipes. But I have the opposite problem...cooking for 1 so I have to cut everything down allot. Can only have so many leftovers!!! I also try to reduce the fat on some of the recipes but the carbs are really low and allot of the seafood recipes are really high in protein.
