Since I was on complaining yesterday, I needed to tell about my great moment last night. My 12 year old daughter gave me a great big hug and we both looked at each other and smiled!..She said, "Wow, I can fit my arms around you Mom!" May sound silly but it was a huge thrill for me and a huge motivator. I can keep sipping and and sipping and walking and walking......this is actually working!
