I'm Sorry.. I've Been MIA
I just wanted to apologize about the fact that I haven't been on here much lately. I've been side tracked with some other things going on right now....
No worries... my weight loss is still going good.. I did stall a tad after loosing 21lbs last month, but I'm ok with that.. Why? Because STALLS HAPPEN!!! If there's one thing I've learned along the way is that for some stalls are inevitable and the best thing to do for them is keep on plan.. don't stray away.. For me I've found that trying "shock" your body by increasing calories did nothing good for me, but make me want to continue eating those higher calories.
You are all doing soo amazing and I'm going to try my very best to get on here more. So many of you have been so supportive to me and I feel horrible not being able to do the same and give back. That was one of my main tasks in this journey... to do what those before me did for me.. give me soo much support and advice. Without it I honestly can say I don't think I'd be where I am today!
