Thursday morning I came home from the gym ready for the weekly weigh-in on my bathroom scale. I prayed as I got on the scale just hoping to have lost about 3lbs. I closed my eyes when I got on the scale. When I looked down the scale said 198.4. I just kept screaming. I was so freakin happy. I even started to cry.

I have not been under 200lbs since I was 22 years old. I still have a long way to go, but I'm smiling from ear to ear about being back in onederland. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Winning!!!!!!!!!!!!
