Do you VSGers feel like aliens now?

Haha you won't miss being one of "them" but you may miss gorging... I had a huge problem at first after VSG with wanting to eat crap and in high quantity, obviously the quantity part is impossible but I soon overcame that nasty monster and am perfectly happy being an "alien". I am healthier, slimmer, and a better role model for my kids because of it! Not saying I do not occaissionally have a piece of candy, however, it's about moderation for me, and I now teach my children that. I've also always loved salads, however, after the VSG I love them even more and find that when I go out this is my best bet, a nice salad, dressing on the side and I can eat it for a day or 2 and be completely satisfied!
