I JUST CAME FROM THE DOCTOR THIS MORNING FOR MY 10TH MONTH CHECK UP. I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT I AM 160LBS. I HAVENT BEEN THIS WEIGHT SINCE I WAS 12YRS OLD.
IT FEELS SO GOOD TO GO INTO A STORE AND BUY A SIZE 9 IN JEANS AND A SIZE SMALL SHIRT. SOMETHING I THOUGHT I'D NEVER BE ABLE TO DO. MY "FAT GIRL" PHOTOS ARE A THING OF THE PAST.

I know the feeling to shop for smaller sizes to feel sexy. i am not down to the weight you are j=yet but i am working on it so far 95lbs off of me it's like freedom from my body. Hard to explain to those not having lost a larger amount of weight...
Its a tool for life that still is an adjustment for me...
