Fat day

 I dunno what it is about today but I feel sooo fat.  Like I gained back all the weight I lost all at once and I'm just sundering around everywhere I go. 

What do you peeps do on your fat days to help ease the anguish??

What did I USED to do? Eat.

What do I do now? Stare at the computer!

Could you be starting your period?? Every cycle I feel crummy for a couple days, and then I start and it's like, oh yeah, THAT's why I've been feeling like this!

eh, i dunno.. i havne't had a period in almost 3 years so I don't think it's that.  Maybe I'm just thinking about food so much that it's making me depressed and feel bloated.. or i just need to drink more water lol.

Unless there's a very specific reason you haven't had periods, watch out. You may find one day that theeyyyyyyy'rrrre baaaaaack. WLS can have that effect.

Get outside and play.  Walk, swing, throw the ball for your dog.  For some reason I love to swing now.  Just have to get those whiny kids off the swings at the park.
