Ok, so I go to my family doctor to get a release for my surgery, which is the last thing to do, right **** no! Now I have to go to Tulaine (70 miles, ONE WAY) to get the record department to release my blood work test results....Grrrrr... I should of just let my doc do it, now I have to drive to tulane just to get the damn records. Why can't they FAX? I believe in Dr. Bellows and his staff, but damnnn, Setback 2 times, and still more **** On a brighter note, since I have already been on this liquid diet 16 days and counting ( surgery 20th) I have lost 24 pds.!!! A total of 45!!!! I can do this!
Think positive, and all ur hopes and dreams will follow!

Yes you can!! Paperwork and snafus are the most frustrating part of the preop process. It took me 5 months of haggling and cajoling to get all the docs and the insurance company lined up. But believe me the wait and frustration is worth it in the end once you have your sleeve. You sure did a lot better than me in the weight loss department. I only dropped 28 preop. Let me know if I can help.

I think they make the initial paperwork/process so frustrating on purpose to help see *****ALLY is willing to put in the work to get the surgery.  Congrats on sticking on liquids and the pre-op loss and do your best to just do and deal with the BS.  It's worth it.
