I LOVED Syntha-6, however the carbs are too high for my program.. but it was really the best tasting milky style protein shake I've had.. I think I had the cookies & cream. Very Yummy.
I use it...wish the carbs were lower but I have to live with it becuase I can't find anything else I can stomach....I did try the BSN Lean Deserts (same company)...just was not as good...good luck!!!
