So today is two months since my surgery date.  I still can not eat half the food on the menu plan my nut gave me.  Although I have tried it several times I have come to the conclusion its too much because I end up vomitting.  Has anyone else had this problem this far out?  I did however  just overcome a 2 week stall for a total of 27 lbs in the two months post op.  It seems I can tolerate a food one time and then the next time I get sick.

My two nausea episodes were because I ate too soon after taking the protein shake. Maybe spacing the meals out will help you. Physical activity has helped me adjust too - 60 minutes per day.

Chew well, eat slowly (1 bite every minute or so) and stop when you're full. If you don't eat it all, you don't eat it all. Forcing yourself to eat too much will result in foamies/slimies/vomiting. It gets easier the further you are out!
