I went on an interview on Tuesday. I got the call this morning and was offered the job. I have mixed emotions, but I now NEED insurance with the blood clot thing. So this is the last weekend that I will not be grading papers or doing lesson plans. But now I will not have any money issuses. I don't have to pull my retirement out.

I went shopping today...hated to buy new clothes but needed some to start at the NEW JOB!!!! I got 10 shirts, 2 sweaters, one bra, and one pair of pants for under $200.

So I will have something to occupy my time while "new guy" is at work.

Congratulations!!! I'm so happy to hear when people get a job. My husband was laid off for 7 months and finally found a job and starts on Monday!! The job market is tough. I'm glad you found something. Good luck to you!
