Anyone go with Dr. Patching?

So next Thursday I'll be doing the group orientation thingy and then meeting Dr. Patching... I'm kind of nervous about showing him the food/exercise log I was asked to keep.. kind of nervous about him looking at it and thinking that I wont take the surgery serious or something... ya know?


anyways... I have some questions for those that had their sleeve done by him..

How long did it take you from start to surgery? Were you required to lose any weight before you were given a surgery date? did you have to do a pre-op diet (liquids?) week or so before surgery?
