I have made my goal! I started the process at 295 and weigh 165 today. Actually I have been weighing between 164-167 for 2 weeks and it hit me when I stepped on the scale today that this was the # I gave my bariatric surgeon for a goal weight the day of my consultation. I am thrilled, happy and humbled to be here
