I'll give you what I've eaten the last couple days... keep in mind I'm a vegetarian.
Breakfast: 1/2 of a morningstar veggie breakfast patty
Lunch: 1/2 of a morningstar veggie breakfast patty
1/2 of a reduced fat string cheese
Dinner:1/2 of a scrambled egg
Snack: 1 serving Pure Protein shake
B: 1/2 of a reduced fat string cheese
L: Tortilla Pizza made with 1/4 of a veggie sausage, 1/2 an oz of parmesan cheese, and 1/4 of a whole wheat low carb tortilla and 1 tsp of cream cheese
D: 1 oz grilled shrimp
S: EAS AdvantEdge Carb Control shake
B: 1/3 of a veggie sausage
L: 1/2 of a Lightlife Smart Dog (veggie dog)
D: 1/2 of a Boca Cheeseburger patty
B: 1/2 cup of 2% milk
L: 1/2 of a scrambled egg with swiss cheese and a little broccoli
D: 1 oz baby shrimp cooked with taco seasoning (great tip Frisco!) on a small piece of lettuce with some red onion and red pepper.
