NSV & SV & Doctor Victory !!!

Saw my Primary doctor for the first time since surgery in January.  He opened the door, and looked at me and started to chuckle !!  He said, "I read your chart, but nothing prepared me for how wonderful and healthy you look !"  

I have lost 18 BMI points in a year; from 52 to 34 !

Blood pressure dropped (may have more to do with my new job than anything else !)  and all systems are good to go !!! 

This may be my first physical in my entire life time that was not focused on my ever increasing weight.

 

Congratulations to you! So good to have a doctor who is supportive and not judging you for taking "the easy way" out.

BTW I am being sent to work in Lancaster so I'll be in the area :)

Thats AWESOME..CONGRATS!!!

Mine hugged me the first time I saw him after the surgery.  It had only been a month and about 30 pounds lost.  I'm so glad you have a supportive doctor too.  They are out there ya'll.  Keep searching until you find yours.
