Crabcakes Anyone

My nut said I could start tuna/ crab meat this week. I bought these crabcakes at walmart. http://shawsouthernbelle.com/site/retail-featured#Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
OMG they are so good, but anything at this point tastes great.
They are 2 ounces /8pk/around $15
90cal/2oz cake
3.5g fat
5g carb
8g of protein

I have been craving crab cakes like crazy but was worried the carb count would be too high. So glad you posted this, since the carbs are not bad...
