Inspired by Frisco: Buffalo Chicken Lavash
I've been bitten by the Lavash bug and tried my hand at them tonight.
Brushed half a Lavash with olive oil, garlic and shallot and crisped in the oven on a pizza stone for 1-2 min.
and then I topped it with shredded chicken (~3oz), celery (~1.5oz) and gorgonzola cheese (~2oz). Baked for another 5ish minutes. Add a dash or two of Frank's Red Hot and yum! Will def. make again, but with less gorgonzola.
ETA: At 11.5 months out, 1/2 of this was plenty of food.
Excuse the crappy photography. I'm using my cellphone and I didn't transfer the pizza to a fancy plate. :)
