Feeling pretty crummy tonight

Today will mark one week since I received my Sleeve and I have been feeling pretty darn good...Until tonight... It's around 5:30 am and I've been up all night feeling crappy   . I have been sipping water and I tried some juice, but I just feel...Not myself?!  I hope this doesn't last long...

from previous surgeries, my experience is I feel so good a couple days after that I over do things and at the 1 week post of I always crash for a couple of days for my body to catch up. It has happened like this 3 times (I am a slow learner sometimes), hopefully this is all you are feeling.

I know, I have read this on a few people's posts here that the first week they feel great then the 2nd week they drop. I am waiting since I am now into my second week Last night I was up late, I couldn't fall asleep and I had a nap later in the day. So I guess I should make it a point of getting more rest, I have been taking it easy otherwise so I don't have to change that.

The first week I was on cloud 9 because I'd survived surgery.  The second week was much harder.  Be gentle with yourself!!

Take it easy, rest when you can. You bosy has been through a lot. Also make sure you are gtting enough fluids, even mild dehydration will make you feel worse. Good luck, it will get better.

I'm so sorry; hopefully it will get better. I pray this is only one day and that you'll go back to feeling great.
