Here is one of my favs for....breakfast....lunch.....or dinner !!!

In San Fran we call it a "Joe's Special"

So easy and great protein.....

- Sauteed ground meat, onions, salt & pepper, garlic, spinach, mushroom.........add a beat egg (I use egg beaters most times)

If I remember correctly---Joe's Special was featured meal on some Food Network show in the past. (Sad that I can remember episodes of food programs).

My favorite breakfast is one or two (depending on where you are in the process) hard boiled mashed eggs with one or two Laughing Cow Cheeses all mashed together.  I like it with the blue cheese flavor.  I always keep hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, so it only takes a moment to make breakfast.

Elina---would work for a new lunch for me!!! Sounds like a good "traveler"---good for work days.
(I do a shake for breakfast but someone was needing breakfast ideas)

1 hard boiled egg mixed with a tsp. of reduced fat mayo, salt and pepper and roll in a low carb tortilla. - 12 grams protein

1 egg fried in non stick cooking spray and a piece of Kraft Singles in Cheddar melted over it. Some hot sauce and yum!  11 grms protein

2 oz of baked ham, heated in frying pan until warm, 1 oz cheese slice on top, place on low carb tortilla and roll.  15 grms protein.

toast one slice of low carb bread, add 1/4 cup tuna salad and one slice of cheese on top. Place back into toaster over and heat until cheese is just melted.  12 grm. protein.
