Hi-Lo Cold Cereal

I thought I would share this product. I see it mentioned here and there but haven't seen it in the VSG forum yet. I missed eating cereal and thought there was none I could eat. It has 6 net carbs 12 protein and it actually tastes pretty good. Hope it helps curb someones want for cereal like it did for me.

Where do you get it from?

It is sold at some large chain grocery stores. I bought mine at HEB. You can always get it at Amazon though if you cannot get it locally. If you miss cereal it really is worth it.
