Today I hit goal with a 100 pound loss.  I can hardly believe it.  This has been the best year of my life and I hope that everyone has the opportunity to reach their goals, both in weight loss and life.  A few things I feel the need to say:
1.  Follow your Dr.'s plan.  Don't experiment to "see" if you can tolerate something off plan.  There will be a time after maintenance that you can add carbs back in.  You can do without many each day for the meantime.

2.  Fluids and protein.  Again...Fluids and protein.

3.  Exercise.

4.  Don't get so dramatic over weight fluctuations, stalls, etc.  Happens to EVERYONE.  Weight will come off.

5.  Be happy and enjoy the ride.  Accept compliments graciously, be truthful, help others in our situation if given the opportunity.

I am having a bit of trouble seeing the smaller me, but I realize it and I am working on it.

And one last thought:  Nothing tastes better than HEALTHY feels!   Wooo Haaaa

I am not big boned!  Bones don't jiggle!
