My 1 Month Surgiversary Update!
Hello Fellow Sleevers...
Well I made it to one month post-op and all is well in my neck of the woods. I have been feeling better and better everyday. I notice that for the most part my energy is up, but I still have days where I feel completely drained. I haven't had any food intolerances yet *knocking on wood* and real food is going well... I almost forgot how to chew I think..
Everything has healed up really nice, and I am going to get myself some Vit E to put on the incision lines and hopefully they will fade nicely. I had eggs for the first time today and they went down really well. I added some flaked ham and brick cheese to boost up the protein.. I am hoping that I will be able to obtain the required 70g of protein with real foods and I can ditch the Protein drinks in the am. I am looking forward to getting back to the gym and using the elliptical and weights... I still have a few weeks before its allowed.... I might head down and use the treadmill and bike though just for a change of pace...
I still don't experience any hunger.. I have to remind myself to eat... Not feeling hungry is the weirdest sensation... Pre-op I was always hungry!!
As of this AM... I am down 41 pounds!! I started at 474 and this am I weighed in at 433lbs...
I hope everyone out there is doing fantastic!!!
