6 weeks out - nearly 38 lbs GONE FOREVER!!!
I just wanted to post with a quick update on where I am at 6 weeks out.
I started morning of surgery 279 and am now 241 = 38lbs gone from my world *forever*.
For now - you can really see the loss in my face. My close are loose and I am about to drop not 1 but 2 pant sizes. That said, I have always 'carried my weight well' so I don't think it's going to be really obvious until I lose another 20 or more lbs.
Process has been relatively easy - however, the past week I've struggled with nasuea and diarreha (gallbladder removed) so I am figuring that part out with my Doc.
I would like to thank the vets on here for posting regularly - I have learned SO MUCH from them and had so many questions answered. For those just considering doing this surgery - I can offer up my opinion (thus far): BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE for myself.
And I've only just begun!
