should i go to the hospital?

a couple days ago i started having pain in my stomach and it has worsened a lot today. im very sleepy causing me to fall asleep for hours earlier. im running a fever of 99.5. my stomach mainly hurts on the right side and hurts all the way to my back. i get dizzy randomly and my face feels really hot. i got nauseated for a minute but it went away. i passed gas and had a bowel movement in the last hour, thinking that would help but the pain hasnt gone away. it occasionally hurts at my belly button and between my breasts. its not my galbladder cause i had that removed months ago. any suggestions. should i go to the hospital? thanks

 I'm not a doc. but my opinion is that it's better to be safe than sorry! if you have any thought of going to the hospital, I would. This is nothing to play around with!! 

Please go.  too many symptoms lasting too long.  let us know how you do.

I agree. Don't panic, it's prolly just gas, but you need to go get it checked out. Let us know!

Im not a doctor, but maybe pancreatitis? My husband had that and some of the symptoms sound like what he had. GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!
