I do, but I bet im against the norm... I love it and it is my weekness. I eat Popsecret homestyle. 30 cals and 14 carbs for 2 cups I think. It is the one carby thing I eat. Other than that, I stay away from carbs. Also I am 5 1/2 months out. You are prety early out to consider it yet I think...

I do as well but I have to measure it to keep from overeating it since it seems to be a slider food for me and I can eat a bunch.  So I will measure 1 cup :) I love it

I think, as well, you would be too early out but after about 3 months I would allow myself about 1 cup popped from time to time. Air popped no salt or butter is the only way I like it so other than the carbs, it isn't too bad. Be sure to add those carbs and calories in and adjust your intake to match. Personally, I had it no more than 1 time per week but haven't had it in months now. Just drifted away again....

Oh I agree with y'all I am WAY to early - shoot I haven't even hit the mushie stage yet. I was just curious because I know I use to like popcorn as a snack to hold me over.

Oh yay! I've been scared to try it, I love popcorn but it's not something I overeat. Usually like watching a movie I'll want some.

I'm excited!

BEWARE THE POPCORN!  LOL... ok not totally, but do know ahead of time that it is a total slider food.  Think about spraying down a whole bag with water then mushing it down into as solid a mass as you could get it... wouldn't be much more than half a cup, would it?  I can easily put down an entire bag if I let myself (and I have).  SO, just be prepared to do as suggested and measure it out instead of sitting down and eating it 'til you're satisfied, 'cause next thing you know you'll be digging around the bottom of the bag hoping for just one more half-popped edible kernel.

I too can eat a ton.

I love it air popped with a little salt  and lots of nutritional yeast- it gives it a punch of B vitamins and a little protein.

I have not eaten it.  My plan advises that each meal and snack I have is focused on protein.  Since there isn't any protein in popcorn, there isn't any protein in me!  :)
