I really like them, but I prefer the Nacho cheese flavor myself.

There are so many good lowcarb things to make that I have no need to look at processed lowcarb stuff.  You could make some parmesan fricos in a couple of minutes and not have all the chemicals.  As part of my new eating habits, I'm trying to stay away from processed foods as much as possible.  I

sounds great but need to find recipes for good lowcarb stuff that is relatively easy to make. I have been looking but am not finding much of anything.

Help please as I don't mind cooking etc.

thanks

14g carbs per serving?! No, thank you!

Just take some shredded cheese (parmesan, cheddar, swiss, and jack cheeses all work well - I've also heard small squares of American cheese work, though I've not tried it), put into little piles on a coated paper plate, and microwave for a minute or so until browning on the edges. Voila - cheese crisps that have no crazy ingredients or added carbs! You can also add spices for flavoring if desired.

Too many carbs and they don't taste all that good, so I don't buy them anymore.

I agree with those commenting on the carb count and suggesting making your own protein crisps :)  to me, the home made taste better too!

I have made the ones at home and think they are very good. I have only tried the american cheese and I never thought to add some seasonings...I am gonna try that!!
