Cant wait to start this journey

SOOOO, I'm very excited to start this journey. Tomorrow I have my first appointment of 3 with my nutritionist, trainer and behavioral specialist. they say ill see them once a month for the next 3 months per requirements. I'm just super giddy, and can't contain my excitement!!!!! I have started going to the gym, watching what I'm eating and just being mindful...........LOSERS HENCE HERE I COME!!!

You are so smart to start now with taking care of yourself and eating right and exercising!  You will be very thankful for taking the steps now to be as healthy as you can be before surgery and your body will respond that much better!

Thank you sooo much. I will keep you posted. I'm just too hyper from the excitement of it all. I was originally going for the bypass but my Dr said the Sleeve would.be a better option for me...eeeekkkkkk!!!!

Congratulations on beginning your journey. I started pre-op today and have surgery in 3 weeks. I am super excited as well! Please keep posting...reading these forums keeps me motivated.
