l met 2 goals yesterday!!! 1) 50 lbs by Christmas,

 and #2)size 16 jeans by Christmas!!!!!!!!!!  With 5 days to spare.  Then this morning down another 2.  l love when stalls break.  What a different Holiday season this year.  No cookies, fudge, candy, eggnog, etc. for me.  And you know what?  l'm ok.  l really am.  l am not riddled with self-loathing because l over-ate yet again.  l am slowly building up my self-confidence.  Not disappointing myself every day feels way better than that crap tastes!!  Have a wonderful holiday, everyone!  Oh yeah, l'm 11 weeks out today.
