Wow! Christmas was harder then Thanksgiving

Wow, I got through Thanksgiving without any problems but Christmas was a different story.   According to the scale I have gained 2 lbs but I feel like it is all water. 

I think a lot of it has to do with a situation that i have with my two step daughters (age 9 and 12) and it was the first time I have seen them since before the surgery (October 4th).  There was a lot of emotions going on.

The other thing is that I am on vacation on off my routine!  I am still walking everyday and going to the gym but not getting up until 7 a.m. vs 5 a.m.

I am going to do the 5 day pouch test and make sure I get in all my water and see where I am at in a week.

What is the 5 day pouch test?

Same thing with me. Thanksgiving was easy in fact I lost a pound. I gained two lbs Fri-Mon. Went back on track Tues & I have already lost the two pounds. Just work out & you will drop the pounds.
