Woohoo!! 100# gone!!!!

Yeah - I weighed this morning and was 148# meaning that is 100# GONE!!!    And, this year, too!
I originally set my goal at 150#, but am going to continue on like I have been to see where I actually land.    I really want to lose a little more, not so sure how much though.

My original goal was 150 which was 98 pounds. I just picked a "round" number.
I may try for 140 though. I am 5' 8". It is coming off really slowly now, though, which is ok, too.
