1 lb from goal!
After trying to see if I could slow my weight loss, and being successful in getting it to slow down substantially without eat complete crud, but still more normal foods(fruits and vegetables at every meal), I am now 1 lb from my goal weight. I'm almost 10 months out now and in the past month, was able to essentially cause a stall for the first 2 weeks, then resume losing over the Christmas break. All while working 70+ hours per week and never having a chance to sit down and prepare healthy meals. I did exercise as much as I could but not as much as I should.
So, I figure I'll be stable at my goal within a week or so. I'm going to go ahead and keep my goal at 220 but let myself drop as far as 200 before I get too concerned. Just wanted to post it up.
Oh and Happy New Year and God bless!

Congrats! You're doing great during a difficult time.
I'm closing in on my goal as well. I'm not changing my goal but I plan to try to drop about 10 lbs below it before making any changes to allow for bounce-back.
