299.4 This morning.

I can't remember the last time I was under 300. Must be about 10 years.

A little over 62 lbs lost in 2 1/2 months.

Congratulations! I am right there with you. I remember feeling ecstatic when I broke that 300 lb Barrier, and again when I broke the 60Lb loss. I am 1lb away from being in the 270's.

Celebrate every little vistory, and keep the momentum going.

Yes my sleeve sister we are rocking it.

I was around 305 for a few days then dropped 3.5 in 2 days, hung around 301 for 2 days then dropped 1.6. It's funny how the weight goes.

I weigh daily but I know not to let it get to me if it doesn't move as I think it should or if I go up a little. Experience has taught me that sometimes get the biggest losses on the days I don't think I should.

Keep at it Sister you're doing great!
