Rummbly in my tummy, actually bubbly in my throat

It seems every time I eat or drink I feel bubbling in my esophagus. And sometimes after I eat I feel the food in the back of my throat. Is this acid reflux, or did I eat too much? or too fast? It lasts only a few minutes then passes until I eat again. This also happens when I drink water.

I remember reading in the binder that the Bariatric team from my hospital gave me mentioning this. It said to sip and eat slowly and to discontinue eating or drinking if you felt a foaming feeling in the back of the throat or food in the back of the throat because that meant the stomach pouch was full.

ok, I thought so, I will be more aware and eat slower. Practice makes perfect, right?

It could be a combination of both. Sometimes I think there is no possible way I could eat any slower, or chew anymore, even at 2.5 years out, if I miss a day of my Nexium, I get reflux.
