3mo Post Op visit....
Well, i had my 3 month visit earlier in the week, and I have to tell you I'm ecstatic!!!
Not only has my A1c gone waaay down (no longer in the pre-diabetic area) but my Cholesterol and BP have all gone down as well. I have not been on any type of pain med for my back in MONTHS, and as of this morning I weighed in at 270.0
The only thing I really need to work on is getting ALL of my protein in, and remembering to take all of my vitamins. (I've totally been slacking on it, because they taste like ass) And yes, because of not getting all of my protein in, my hair has been coming out like crazy. But still to be down 80# from my highest weight is totally awesome, and I couldn't have done it without help, that's for damn sure!
My husband also took me for my "VSG tattoo" a few weeks ago, and once I figure out how to post it here I will =0) You guys might like the play on words *grin*

Soz, I meant that Im not getting my calcium or multi in everyday like I should. I mistakenly got Bariatric Advantage's Calcium that is like a powder kinda thing, and tastes like i opened a packet of Hot Chocolate mix in my mouth haha
Im going to have to get one of it healed (although it looks pretty much the same) The meaning behind it Number 1) Imma huge nerd lol and I have loved Optimus Prime for nearly 30 years =0) 2) I also figured, that by having VSG it is, in a way a transformation of my body, of who I am going to become (A healthier new me)
