Isopure for 3 day liquid diet

Can anyone tell me if I'm supposed to be having protein drinks during this time? I have one peice of paper tha says I should (it specifically says Isopure zero calorie clear protein drink) and one just lists all the liquids I can have (water, jello, popsicles, broth, etc...), so I'm confused. 

I would ask your counselor. I would hope that you do get protein. Three days with only water seems like a long time with no nutrients.

You'll have to call your surgeon and/or nutritionist to find out.  We can't tell you; each surgeon has their own rules, there is no standard.
