One Year Anniversary...
Well today is my one-year anniversary...I didn't do my measurements today but I am down 96.5 lbs and 76 inches. I cannot tell you how this surgery has changed my life for the better. I have a MAJOR and I mean MAJOR support system, which I believe is key!!!
I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who posts on this board. I may not post alot but I do a lot of the reading on here and every single post it helpful.
If anyone is on the fence about doing a Vertical sleeve, I cannot stress enough how you should do it. It is the tool you need to succeed.

Congrats on your 1 year anniversary! I watched your you tube video, really helped me. I type what you said about sugar and the crazy carb monster! I loved that analogy. It is so true for me. I was running along just fine until the holidays and all the meal planning and sweets. I didn't eat wrong, but my head was continually saying eat sugar! I had a miniature gingerbread man, about an inch high, that was my treat for the holidays, And that's all it took! I wanted more more and more! But I resisted and finally after the holidays were over I did liquid proteins for 2 days and felt like I got my head screwed back in place. No more thinking of sugar!
