A new 'do for a new me

 I have been very concerned about the hair loss phase about weight loss. I usually go to the salon about every 3 months to color my hair blond (yes, the secret is out!) and I don't want to be stuck with weak hair when it is time for me to get a touch up. I have decided to go back to my natural color for the time being. I have never been a burnette, when I was a kid my hair was blond and it got darker as I got older, but I always counteracted it with coloring. This is going to take some getting used to.

I know this is a matter of taste, but I really like the darker color a lot more.  I think it brings out your eyes and compliments your skin tone.  Personally, I think blond washes you out a bit,  This is also true for me, when I go excessively blond, I look washed out.  In any case, you look fantastic!  I would consider keeping it.

 I appreciate the input. Lets see how I like it in 6 months. I may be ready for the change, I will already look like a different person with all the weight loss. Maybe I'll let my blond self die with my fat self. 

I like it!  Your avatar did change.  I take biotin every day and use wen cleansing conditioner daily, only using regular shampoo once a week.  I always get 80-100gm of protein/day.  So far no real hair loss, even with foil highlights every 6 weeks.  Good luck!
