Does anyone take these?   What do you take?  I see bariatric advantage has capsules as well as chews.  I want to start taking these because I know they  help the skin.  I currently take 2 flintstones with iron and 2 caltrate chews.    Wondering why I couldn't just take regular Omega 3 suppliements.

I just take the regular ones (that are made of salmon oil), I do take them with food however, as if I don't, I get those awful fish burps..I know..gross!

I am still pre-op but I have tried MANY different ways to get fish oil/omega 3's into my body and the bodies of my little ones that need it for adhd reasons.  All of them sucked rocks...like, REALLY bad tasting even the pills I swallowed wtih no taste, left an after taste and a gross feeling in my stomach!

BUT!!!  I just found the Little Critters (may be "lil" critters)  omega 3 gummies.  They are the best I have found and all the kids AND myself like them!  My surgeon recommended them post op and I'm so glad to have found some I can tolerate.  They sell them at Costco, walmart, etc.  Good stuff!

I take the Megared Krill oil  because they are really small compared to most omega 3s. And they don't taste bad or cause fishy burps.

I take fish oil. Krill oil is overpriced for me. The capsules for the fish oil are big but I do get them down. Omega 3's are so healthy for you - heart, brain, skin, hair - you name it helps it. The stuff is like magic. It even has been proven to help with weight loss.

Presleeve I took the big ol' capsules of fish oil.  Post sleeve the esophogus is still recovering from hernia issues.  Costco sells mini fish oil capsules- much smaller :)

Now advocare sells an omega 3 that I tOok preop, I really liked it. They were fairly big but should I be able to take them now? If so why can't I just take regular vitamins too?
