I could be mistaken, but I believe Fage Greek Yoghurt has fewer cards than others, but has good protein levels.
Here is the Fage link with the nutrition information: http://www.fageusa.com/nutrition/
Click on the ribbon on the left for "nutrition benefits" and then scroll down to the bottom of the next page to get specific information about a particular type.
I am using Fage in my pre-op diet and its interesting -- the company separates the flavoring agent from the yoghurt, so you can use all or a little of it with each yoghurt scoop.
If you haven't tried the Greek yoghurt, it has more of a "sour cream" texture, but I adjusted to it quickly and am now scraping out the inside of the cups to get to the last bit.
PS -- I must agree that Chobani is absolutely heavenly..

Make your own from plain yogurt.
Buy bags of frozen berries (blueberries, chopped strawberries, etc). Thaw them in single servings of about 1/4 cup and mix them into the yogurt. If needed, add part of a pack of Splenda.
