Besides taking your multi-v, b complex, and calcium citrate everyday. Does anyone take any other supplements, like prework out formulas or creatin for your workouts?
I take a probiotic... LOL. Guess that's not really what you meant, huh? I know there are guys on here that have talked about creatine and taurine and such. I just don't remember who it was. Did you do a search on it? I can't imagine that it would hurt anything if you're far enough out. Good luck!
