Syntrax Nectar Question

I use nectar fruit flavors and mix them with water (or crystal lite) to avoid calories and carbs.

I do not like skim milk either but during my preop diet, I had to use skim milk and I mixed it with a chocolate protein drink and it was not bad at all.
Do not ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet.

My surgery is also 2/22. Good luck with yours!!!

Also, does anyone know if the Syntrax Nectar is considered "clear liquid phase" or "full liquid phase" when mixed with water? I haven't tried them yet but they are ordered.
