GREAT MTG TONIGHT- Baylor Plano, TX
I just had to share my experience at the Baylor Plano Weight Loss Support Group Meeting tonight. I have not yet had surgery but i still have been attending meetings and classes to just keep my focus.
Tonight the Nurse, Ann, presented...the focus was toward those people post-op but i got a great deal of motivation.
We actually all sang that song by Miley Cyrus "It's A Climb" together (litereally she turned it on the sound system and we all kinda sang along) but it was so neat that even through the akwardness i felt motivated...i was there with lots of people who have been through the journey and I know they can help me along the way as well!
I just love Dr. Nick and his entire program at Baylor Plano!
